The Service
Air Medic provides the following service for your vehicle's air conditioning system, at your home or other premises. *Access to mains electricity required*
System re-gas: £58 inc vat. (Systems 800-1100g capacity £64, over 1100g £69 inc vat.)
<> Recovery and safe disposal of remaining refrigerant gas
<> Deep vacuuming of system to remove air and moisture
<> Vacuum leak test
<> Recharging of system with correct level of refrigerant gas
<> Top-up of compressor lubricant oil
It is recommended that your air conditioning is serviced every 2 years, and for vehicles over 6 years old, servicing is recommended every 12-18 months. Regular maintenance can save you from some very large bills!
Does your air con smell bad?
Over time, due to condensation; bacteria and fungus can form in the evaporator and ducts, creating an unpleasant odour. For an additional £5, your air conditioning system can be treated with an anti-bacterial deodoriser and fungicide to remove the smell.
Please note.
If your system cannot be recharged due to a fault or leak, there is a
£20 call out charge to cover time and expense.
I do not offer a repair service.
